We are a small business and take pride in the quality of all our beautiful garments and accessories. We individually check them before they are shipped to our customers.

PLEASE NOTE THAT FOR THE DURATION OF OUR SALE WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGE OR REFUND UNLESS THE GOODS ARE FAULTY.

Online Orders

If you are based in the EU you have the right to cancel your order with us under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (CCRs) provided you give us written notice within 14 days of receiving your order. Bespoke and Furrier Services Orders are exempt from CCRs and cannot be cancelled as the garments are produced to the customer’s own specifications. Notice of contract cancellation under the CCRs must be given by email to customercare@thesohofurrier.com with subject title “Notice of Contract Cancellation” and you must await our response before proceeding. You must also enclose a copy of your original invoice or proof of purchase, where/when purchased and specific details about where our product has not met with your expectations. Products are required to be returned to us at your own cost, (unless faulty, see below), within 7 days, in their original packaging and with all labels attached. We will not refund shipping costs unless the item is faulty. They must be unworn and in their original condition, we will inspect the garment for signs of wear. Due to fur being a natural product it easily absorbs odours such as perfume and this will form part of our returns inspection. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the item and it is your responsibility and risk until it reaches us. For this reason, you should retain your proof of postage and ensure that your item is adequately insured whilst in transit as we do not provide exchanges or refunds on products that are lost in the post whilst being returned to us. If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your expense. Refunds will be credited back via the original payment type within 14 days of receiving returned goods, we are unable to refund if the item is worn and we will immediately return it to you. Please note that you may only use your right to cancel under the CCRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation within 14 days of receiving the order as described above.

Showroom and Event Purchases If an item is unsuitable we will arrange an exchange (subject to stock availability) or credit note. Bespoke and Furrier Services Orders cannot be exchanged as the garments are produced to the customer’s own specifications. Any request for exchange or credit note must be made by email to customercare@thesohofurrier.com and you must await our response before proceeding. Products are required to be returned to us at your own cost, (unless faulty, see below), within 14 days and in their original packaging and with all labels attached. You must also enclose a copy of your original invoice or proof of purchase, where/when purchased and specific details about where our product has not met with your expectations. Faulty goods Items that are damaged as a result of normal wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. In the unlikely event that your purchased item is faulty, we sincerely apologise and advise you to email customercare@thesohofurrier.com. You must await our response before returning your item. Products are required to be returned to us within 14 days of receipt, in their original packaging and with all labels attached. You must also enclose a copy of your original invoice or proof of purchase, where/when purchased and specific details about where our product has not met with your expectations. Please include a receipt for shipping costs, if any. They must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. You have a duty to take reasonable care of the item and it is your responsibility and risk until it reaches us. For this reason, you should retain your proof of postage and ensure that your item is adequately insured whilst in transit as we do not provide refunds or exchanges on products that are lost in the post whilst being returned to us. Refunds will be credited back via the original payment type within 14 days of receiving returned goods.

Remodelled and bespoke garments cannot be accepted for returns. If the product is faulty we will arrange for it to be repaired.  

We can not exchange or refund gift vouchers.
